Çağla Kubat Windsurf Sailing Club

The Çağla Kubat Windsurf Sailing Club was founded in 2012 with the aim of providing the next steps for our academy students to pursue a racing career. Once our academy students reach a certain level, they can become licensed athletes of the club where we can help them lay down the foundations towards serious racing. By becoming athletes of our club, the sailors enjoy certain benefits of the Academy and the possibilities to train and prepare for races in a professional way.

Although our club is very young, in 2013 we were very proud to produce the Turkish Youth Champion and the IFCA Youth World Champion with Poyraz Akay, and also the Turkish Women’s Champion and Turkish Women’s #3 in Çağla Kubat and Burçe Vardarlı respectively.
